Bartender
Luke’s on Front is looking for high-volume bartenders who can handle the rush, multitask efficiently, and deliver exceptional hospitality. Our 360° bar requires bartenders to make both bar and service well drinks, take tables when needed, and keep the bar running smoothly. When management isn’t on-site, you are the leader, ensuring operations stay on point.
Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume service efficiently, making both bar and service well drinks while providing top-tier hospitality.
- Take guest tables when necessary, maintaining excellent service standards.
- Keep the bar stocked, organized, and running smoothly, assisting with inventory and ordering as needed.
- Craft high-quality cocktails, create new recipes, and develop mocktails to enhance the bar menu.
- Work confidently in outdoor weather conditions.
- Accurately handle cash, card, and tab transactions (strong basic math skills required).
- Oversee bar operations in the absence of management, ensuring policies and standards are met.
- Barbacks assist bartenders, but bartenders must not rely on them to do their job.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of true high-volume bartending experience.
- Weekend Availability.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification.
- Current Riverside County Food Handler’s Card.
- Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining speed and accuracy.
- Strong leadership mindset to take charge when needed.
- Comfortable working in a 360° bar setup and fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and work ethic.

Barback
Luke’s on Front is looking for a high-energy, experienced barback to support our fast-paced, high-volume rooftop bar. Our barbacks are essential in keeping service running smoothly, ensuring bartenders have what they need while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role requires speed, efficiency, and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and garnishes throughout the shift.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down stations, clearing empty glasses, and removing trash.
- Assist bartenders by preparing ingredients, cutting garnishes, and replenishing ice.
- Handle keg changes and ensure proper storage of bar supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with bartenders and management about restocking needs.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and anticipate bartender needs without relying on direct instruction.
- Be comfortable working in outdoor weather conditions.
- Lift heavy items such as kegs and cases of liquor (must be able to lift 50 lbs).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of barback or high-volume restaurant experience.
- Weekend Availability
